I joined BETC Digital in June 2010 as a digital account manager for the L’Oréal global account. The account portfolio included two main brands: Vichy and Innéov, both European leaders for pharmaceutical skin care products. In the course of working on these accounts, I mastered how to design digital marketing for large international clients, integrate digital projects as part of 360 campaigns, and how to best manage a team.
My responsibilities included:
- Supervising online advertising for Vichy and Innéov accounts for 20 countries:
o strategic recommendation (from online product launches to CRM program restructuring)
o project management: creative and production brief, interface with third-party suppliers (media, production companies), tracking progress and goal attainment, campaigns’ optimization and data analysis
o account and client management: finance, reporting, direct interface with clients (from day-to-day relationships with the clients to presentations to the marketing directors)
o managing a team of 3: project manager, international coordinator, 1 intern
- Leading role in pitching: strategic input, coordination between cross-agency teams, brief to creative teams, competitive review, and client presentation
